Contracting entity
Institutional partnerships are typically contracted through TF HOLDING S.R.L. for cross-vertical engagements, or through the specific operating subsidiary most directly responsible — TEHNOFARM S.R.L. for pharmaceutical R&D and brand engagements, TF INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM S.R.L. for software and applied-systems engagements, NORD NUC S.R.L. for direct cultivation supply, TF ASSETS S.R.L. for infrastructure arrangements. The appropriate contracting entity is determined per engagement.
Jurisdiction
Contracts are governed by Moldovan law by default. International partners may negotiate an alternative forum (typically English law in London or Swiss law in Zurich) on engagement-specific terms; the choice does not change the operating arrangement, only the dispute-resolution venue.
Confidentiality
Detailed disclosure of analytical data, supplier identity, manufacturing specifications, customer relationships, technical algorithms, and constitutional rules underlying T.E.H.N.O.F.A.R.M. OS is provided exclusively under NDA. Standard NDA templates are available; partner-specific terms may be negotiated.
