Patent family
The TF Group operates a coordinated patent family covering the governance, evidence, and reasoning components used across its regulated verticals. Filings are routed through the Moldovan State Agency for Intellectual Property (AGEPI) to preserve Moldovan priority ahead of the Republic's accession to the European Patent Convention on 1 June 2026, enabling subsequent PCT, EPO, and USPTO extensions under the Paris Convention.
P1 — ProvableCORE®
AGEPI № 7671 · Filed 14 April 2026
Cryptographic evidence kernel. Provides signed audit trails for decisions taken by regulated software systems. The kernel produces cryptographically verifiable records of each decision the system produces, with provenance, time-stamp, and identity binding.
The ProvableCORE® mark is additionally filed as a trademark in Class 42, filing date 15 April 2026.
P2 — SentientROUTER™
AGEPI № 7672 · Filed 17 April 2026
AI routing and governance layer for managing communication between intelligence providers under constitutional rule enforcement. The router operates as the policy layer between the decision-producing components and the regulated environment in which decisions are consumed.
P3 — third filing, in completion
In completion before 1 June 2026
Iterative deliberative consensus between independent AI decision sources, with explicit non-convergence handling. The third filing covers a method by which independent decision sources are required to reach explicit agreement on a deterministic canonical form before the system produces an autonomous result; where they do not agree, the system escalates rather than synthesising a compromise.
Detailed claims and abstract are not published prior to formal filing. The filing is designed as a combination invention with explicit interface compatibility to ProvableCORE® and SentientROUTER™.
Combination invention strategy
The patent family is structured as a combination invention. Each filing protects a separate technical primitive — cryptographic evidence (P1), governance routing (P2), iterative deliberative consensus (P3). The genuine protection emerges from their joint application. Reproducing one component is feasible; reproducing the integrated system requires reconstructing all three primitives and their mutual integration.
Application across verticals
The patent family applies first to medical and pharmaceutical contexts through T.E.H.N.O.F.A.R.M. OS. The underlying technology is broader: the same primitives apply to financial-banking, insurance, and precision-agriculture contexts in which the TF Group operates through adjacent vehicles outside the scope of this site.
International extension path
Following Moldova's accession to the European Patent Convention on 1 June 2026, the filed family becomes eligible for PCT, EPO, and USPTO extensions under the Paris Convention. The extension path is being structured for full European coverage and selective US filings on the schedule appropriate to each underlying technology.
