It holds the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and information-technology mandate registered in October 1992 and maintained continuously since. It owns the registered trademarks and operates the R&D framework under which the origin programmes, consumer brands, applied longevity research, and applied medical autonomy product all operate.

NORD NUC is the field-operations vehicle. It holds ANSA phytosanitary registration as Producer, Importer, and Phytosanitary User. Cultivation across the TEHNOFARM® origin programmes — ginkgo, juglans, allium varietal stabilisation, saffron, poncirus — operates through NORD NUC. Active cultivated areas per the ANSA registry include 0.300 ha Ginkgo biloba, 1.050 ha Juglans nigra, 0.840 ha Juglans regia var. Chandler, and 0.800 ha sweetcorn (operational continuity), all in Donduşeni raion.
